Common topics
- Signing in — try Google or Apple Sign-In with the same account you used to register. If email login fails, use Forgot password on the login screen.
- Profile and verification — complete required profile steps and ensure details match your ID where requested.
- Subscriptions and billing — manage or cancel purchases through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings for the store you used.
- Privacy and data requests — see our Privacy Policy or email us to exercise your data rights.
- Reporting a user or safety concern — use Report on a profile or chat message in the app, or email us. For child safety concerns, see our Child Safety Standards.
Delete your account
You can delete your account from the app under Account settings. If you cannot access the app, email support@adamhawa.com from the address linked to your account and request deletion.
